PRACTICAL GUIDE

How to delete, rotate, and reorder PDF pages

Before submitting a PDF, removing blank pages, rotating upside-down scans, and fixing the order can save you from recreating the document. Treat editing as creating a new result file rather than overwriting the original.

Before you begin

Keep a copy of the original and note pages to remove or rotate. For documents with a cover or table of contents, leave the first and last pages in place while arranging the middle.

Step-by-step

  1. Choose a document in the PDF page editor to open previews.
  2. Select pages to delete or rotate, then drag cards to change order.
  3. Apply the changes and download the new PDF.

Check the result before sharing

Confirm final page count, sequence, and text direction on rotated pages. Compare with the original to make sure a removed page was not a required signature or attachment.
